To Gene , or not to Gene , that is the question -

I had been reading voraciously these days.

          History , mythology , science which slowly converge into biological genomic sciences.
About genes , genomes, blood , eugenics and what not.
   To those who might be thinking that such readings are elimentary , yes , I had been too weak in biology.
I remember I never could score above 50 in the subject named Biology .And our beloved biology teacher rightfully suggested that I should discontinue after my 10th. She was extremely right , and in my high school (+2) I had chosen statistics.
    This weeks of lockdown had somehow provided me that opportunity to know , these elimentary things.

   Why genes ? You might wonder.

     This corona virus , COVID19, SARS-CoV2 , and behind such other modern naming of a dreadful virus ,  hiddenly lurks one unsolved mystery - why is it that one person recovers and the other dies taking into account the same parameters , age, health, existing diseases .

     Example - Prince Charles ,  a 71 year old with pre-existing diseases recovers yet quite many of his age succumbs .

    Somewhere with the limited knowledge I possess and sub-minimal brainal ability I have , still my take is that it has to do with the Genes.

   And as I read more and more about the history of genetic sciences , 2 things flashes in from of my eye .

   1) Greatest discoveries has come not through prolonged education and higher education into a subject , but via IMAGINATION along with TENACITY .

2) There has been a DEEP STATE CABAL from  early history of mankind if not very early.

For my point 1 , I put forth an Austrian monk who failed not once but twice in the basic elimentary exam of teacher selection.
He wanted to teach maths , natural sciences and elimentary greek at Znaim High School , Brno.
   This Man , my dear friend , was Gregor Johann Mendel who you might know as " Father of Genetics ".

In my point 2 I had used a modern term - DEEP STATE CABAL. There can be an elongated answer as to the meaning of the term , but rather than testing all your's patience I would crisply explain what it means - A shadow powerful group of people who takes the shot.
   And to make the bell ring in your head , think Da Vinci Code , think FreeMason .

The Illuminati .

For my 2nd point , I would like to bring forth a serb whose father was an orthodox priest and who was a university drop out.
   He invented quite few things but somehow the deep state cabal then there in US restricted his progress.
Result , he died a broke .

   My dear friends , any guesses ?

His name was Nikolas Tesla.

Yesterday , In my series 4 Virus, lies and a Genomic Bomb - Part 4  I had very clearly shown the striking SIMILIARITY between SPIKE Prorein of SARS- CoV2 COVID19 and GP41 of HIV (virus).

AND , this came in today's paper



Creating a scientific firestorm across the world, French virologist and medicine Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier has claimed that SARS-CoV-2, the virus that led to the global pandemic, is “man-made” as it’s the result of an attempt to manufacture a vaccine against the AIDS virus in a Chinese laboratory.

Interviewed on a French news channel, the co-discoverer of the AIDS virus who bagged the 2008 Nobel award in medicine along with other two other scientists alleged the “presence of elements of HIV and germ of malaria in the genome of 
coronavirus
 is highly suspect and the characteristics of the virus could not have arisen naturally”.

Today , we will study the most harmful element of 2 viruses , #CoronaVirus and #HIV.

SPIKE PROTEIN IN CORONA VIRUS

Identification and sequencing of the virus responsible for COVID-19 (view SARS-CoV-2 protein sequence) determined that it was a novel CoV that shared 88% sequence identity with two bat-derived SARS-like CoV, suggesting it had originated in bats.

 Additionally, it was shown that this CoV, which was termed 2019-nCoV or SARS-CoV-2, shared 79.5% sequence identity with SARS-CoV. The coronaviral genome encodes four major structural proteins: the spike (S) protein, nucleocapsid (N) protein, membrane (M) protein, and the envelope (E) protein.

 The S protein is responsible for facilitating entry of the CoV into the target cell. 






It is composed of a short intracellular tail, a transmembrane anchor, and a large ectodomain that consists of a receptor binding S1 subunit and a membrane-fusing S2 subunit.

 Sequence analysis of the SARS-CoV-2 S protein genome showed that it was only 75% identical with the SARS-CoV S protein.

 However, analysis of the receptor binding motif (RBM) in the S protein showed that most of the amino acid residues essential for receptor binding were conserved between SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2, suggesting that the 2 CoV strains use the same host receptor for cell entry.

  The entry receptor utilized by SARS-CoV is Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE-2).
Now , we will look into GP41 from HIV .

 GP41 OF HIV

 Gp41 also known as glycoprotein 41 is a subunit of the envelope protein complex of retroviruses, including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Gp41 is a transmembrane protein that contains several sites within its ectodomain that are required for infection of host cells.

 Recently you must have heard this news that CORONA VIRUS Patients in India ( Rajasthan ,India ) was cured with HIV Drugs.

The Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in the central Chinese city of Wuhan, was shut on January 1, 2020 by Chinese authorities.
The common narrative told to us by the WHO, who got their information from Chinese authorities, is that the market was “ground zero”, or origin, of the novel coronavirus outbreak. The story has been told that the virus jumped from bats to humans, with the “patient zero” being identified as a shrimp vendor in that wet market.

At least two clinical studies, published six days apart in January 2020 (January 24 and January 30, 2020) disprove this Huanan-Seafood-Wholesale-Market-was-the-origin-of-SARS-CoV-2 narrative.
The studies were prepared by top-level Chinese clinical researchers.

The below article is from World renowned NATURE Magazine dated back to 2015 which VERY CLEARLY says Dr.Ralph Baric & Shi Zengli's team CREATED a Novel SARS - Like Virus.

Creation of Chimeric Novel SARS- like VIRUS

The article says :

Therefore, to examine the emergence potential (that is, the potential to infect humans) of circulating bat CoVs, we built a chimeric virus encoding a novel, zoonotic CoV spike protein—from the RsSHC014-CoV sequence that was isolated from Chinese horseshoe bats1—in the context of the SARS-CoV mouse-adapted backbone.
{ What is a Chimeric Virus -  
A chimera virus is defined by the Center for Veterinary Biologics (part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) as a "new hybrid microorganism created by joining nucleic acid fragments from two or more different microorganisms in which each of at least two of the fragments contain essential genes necessary for replication."[1] The term chimera already referred to an individual organism whose body contained cell populations from different zygotes or an organism that developed from portions of different embryos. In mythology, a chimera is a creature such as a hippogriff or a gryphon formed from parts of different animals, thus the name for these viruses.

  The hybrid virus allowed us to evaluate the ability of the novel spike protein to cause disease independently of other necessary adaptive mutations in its natural backbone. Using this approach, we characterized CoV infection mediated by the SHC014 spike protein in primary human airway cells and in vivo, and tested the efficacy of available immune therapeutics against SHC014-CoV.

So the Chimeric Novel SARS like virus was created back in 2015 by a team having both US & Chinese Virologist.
DOES CHIMERIC VIRUS CAN BE USED AS BIO WEAPON ?

 -  Combining two pathogenic viruses increases the lethality of the new virus[3] which is why there have been cases where chimeric viruses have been considered for use as a bioweapon. For example, the Soviet Union's Chimera Project attempted to combine DNA from Venezuelan equine encephalitis, smallpox and Ebola virus in the late 1980s[4].
